All rates are quoted in American dollars ($US) and are subject to necessary adjustments without prior notice. Fares are final and per person.

Kantu Peru tours will do everything possible to minimize the effects of matters beyond our control, but WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY or additional associated costs, either directly or indirectly, for matters including political disputes, unpredictable weather, blocking of highways, strikes, natural disasters, problems with the railway, delayed trains, etc.
BOOKINGS OF TOURIST PACKAGES / TOURS

- All reservations must be made in advance. We recommend a minimum of 30 days before your arrival date (subject to availability depending on the tour and season). This allows us to make all necessary arrangements: hotel, transportation, etc. We only accept bookings made through our website or verified travel channels.
- To make and secure a reservation, we require a 50% deposit of the total amount per person and details of each traveler using our authorized payment platforms. The remaining 50% will be paid in cash or credit card upon your arrival in Cusco.
- Once your payment is confirmed, our booking department will send you an email confirmation. This is your guarantee document; please double check all details.
- To reconfirm your reservation, you must send us: full name, passport number, nationality, age, and sex. Plus any allergies, illnesses, or food restrictions.
- If you request nights of accommodation, the confirmation is subject to availability. If a specified hotel isn't available, the client will receive another of similar category and price.
- Our company reserves the right to accept last-minute reservations (48 hours before arrival). In this situation, specific conditions and schedules apply and must be agreed upon by email.

For all reservations, the client must provide the following information to info@kantuperutours.com MANDATORY:
- Full name of the client (as it appears in the passport)
- Passport copy or photo
- Passport number
- Date of birth
- Contact number (WhatsApp) to which we can communicate
CANCELLATION POLICY

If the client requests cancellation, the time in advance will be taken into account. We will try to offer solution alternatives. If not accepted, refunds are issued strictly as follows:
FOR TOUR PACKAGES:
- Up to 90 days before travel: 100% refund of the amount paid. (Clients assume transfer/tax expenses).
- Up to 60 days before travel: 100% refund ASSUMING the cost of Machu Picchu and train tickets if already purchased. (Clients cover transfer fees).
- Up to 30 days before travel: 50% refund of the total program amount, assuming ticket costs if already purchased.
- After 20 days before travel: The program is completely NON-REFUNDABLE.
FOR MACHU PICCHU ONLY:
- Up to 90 days before: 100% refund (assuming ticket costs if already purchased).
- Up to 60 days before: 60% refund of the amount paid (assuming ticket costs if already purchased).
- After 15 days before: The program is NON-REFUNDABLE.
FOR DAY TOURS (Except Machu Picchu):
- Up to 7 days before: Refund of 80% of the amount paid.
- After 7 days before: The program is NON-REFUNDABLE.
REFUND AND RESCHEDULE POLICIES

- NO-SHOW: If the client does not show up on the day and agreed time, the tour will be considered a NO-SHOW.
- For packages/full-day Machu Picchu tours: Cost of unutilized services like TRAIN TICKETS, ENTRANCE TICKETS TO MACHUPICCHU, MACHUPICCHU MOUNTAIN, and WAYNAPICCHU are not refundable.
- Once Machu Picchu tickets or Train tickets are purchased under a specific traveler name and date, per Peruvian Government regulations, they are NON-CHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Third-party providers (like Hotels) are non-refundable if cancellation is requested 15 days before the tour. We abide by their own cancellation policies.
- For reschedules before 45 days of the start date: MACHU PICCHU TICKETS are completely non-refundable and non-modifiable (you must pay for new tickets). If hotels/trains allow without penalty, it will be done. Otherwise, subject to third-party fees.
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFO

KANTU PERU TOURS is not responsible in the event that the client does not comply with instructions given by the Guide, such as when the client decides to abandon his or her group to walk off on their own.
KANTU PERU TOURS reserves the right to make rational adjustments or substitutes to the itinerary whenever it may be considered necessary or obligatory. The client's baggage and personal possessions are their responsibility. There will be no refund for unused services.
KANTU PERU TOURS does not assume any responsibility when the client arrives late or does not show up at all.
